By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Consignment Agreement

By submitting items for consignment, you confirm you are the rightful owner and have the authority to sell the item.
All items must pass our authentication and quality review before being listed.
Pursuit Maison reserves the right to decline items that do not meet our standards.
Once you submit an item to us, you are forfeiting the right to sell it elsewhere.

Standard commission rates are as follows:
• 20% for items sold over $200
• 30% for items under $200
• 30% if sold on third-party platforms.
• 50% for items under $50
Payouts are processed via Zelle or PayPal within 5-9 business days after the sale is complete.

Pursuit Maison reserves the right to adjust final pricing based on market demand and platform performance to ensure sell-through.
The suggested selling price for each item is provided in the consignment contract. Consignors may request a price adjustment if they believe the suggested price is incorrect; however, once the contract is signed, that price will be used for sale. Any changes to the selling price must be agreed upon in writing between Pursuit Maison and the consignor prior to the sale.

Every item is subject to third-party authentication.
Items deemed counterfeit will be rejected. If your item is found to be fake upon arrival, Pursuit Maison reserves the right to charge a $50 fee per item to cover shipping and authentication expenses.
Condition must be accurately represented by the consignor. Misrepresented items may be delisted and returned which may result in a $50 fee.

Customers: All sales through Pursuit Maison are final.
Consigners: In the rare event that you request your item(s) to be returned before sale, a $50 fee per item will apply to cover our services (photography, authentication, marketing, and handling) as well as return shipping.
To maintain trust and protect consignors from counterfeit switches, we do not accept returns.

Pursuit Maison covers outbound shipping to buyers.
Consignors are responsible for shipping items to Pursuit Maison using provided packing slips.
Pursuit Maison is not liable for lost or damaged shipments until items are in our possession.

Users must provide accurate account information at all times.
Pursuit Maison reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant activity.

Pursuit Maison is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services.
