Welcome to Pursuit Maison! By accessing or using our services whether through our website, social media platforms, or customer support channels you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Overview

Pursuit Maison is a curated consignment and resale platform specializing in authentic, pre-owned luxury fashion. All users, consignors, and buyers must adhere to these Terms and Conditions when engaging with Pursuit Maison.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to consign or purchase products through Pursuit Maison. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Authenticity 

Pursuit Maison guarantees the authenticity of all items sold, with every product undergoing a thorough authentication process through Entrupy, our trusted third-party service. We provide a lifetime authenticity guarantee.

4. Consignment Terms & Payouts

By submitting items for consignment, you confirm that you are the rightful owner and have full authority to sell the item. Once submitted, you forfeit the right to sell the item elsewhere until it is released back to you in writing.

The minimum consignment term is 60 days unless otherwise agreed upon. Items may not be withdrawn before the end of this term without written approval and payment of a $50 early return fee per item to cover authentication, photography, and marketing expenses.

Payouts are processed within 5–9 business days after the sale is complete and buyer confirmation is received. Payments are made via Zelle unless specified otherwise in consignment contract.

5. Pricing

Pursuit Maison reserves the right to adjust final pricing for promotional or platform optimization purposes.

6. Returns & Refunds

As a resale platform operating under a consignment-based, consumer-to-consumer model, Pursuit Maison does not accept returns on any sold items. All sales are considered final.

However, we want every client to feel confident in their purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, Pursuit Maison may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion, provided that:

• You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  

• The item is returned in the same condition it was received.

7. Shipping & Liability

Pursuit Maison is not liable for any loss or damage during transit until the item has been received and logged into our possession. Once an item is sold, Pursuit Maison handles all logistics, including packaging, shipping, and buyer communication.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, images, design elements, and branding on Pursuit Maison are the property of the company and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pursuit Maison shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

11. Updates to Terms

Pursuit Maison reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
